If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 business day, no quibble guarantee, on all item(s) purchased through the website. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to request a Returns Authorisation Number. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and suitably packaged (original packaging preferred). The item(s) must be returned at the buyers expense.

All of our refurbished items are rigorously tested, prior to listing. Where no manufacturer warranty exists, and for all items marked 'refurbished', we offer a 12 month 'parts only' warranty. If any item(s) purchased from the website is deemed to be faulty within 12 months of the purchase date, the item can be returned to us, at the buyers expense, and we will endeavour to provide an equivalent replacement within 48 hours of receiving the faulty item. If we cannot supply a replacement item a full refund will be given. If the faulty item is tested and deemed to not be faulty, a 25% re-stocking fee may apply.

A RMA form must be downloaded, completed and emailed to prior to returning anything. Once we receive your RMA form we will contact you within 48 hours with a Returns Authorisation Number which must be printed on the shipping material on the returned item(s) and returned to us within 10 working days of receipt of this number. Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
